Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Learning activity: the courses you enroll in, sessions you complete, knowledge-check answers, and written practice responses.
• Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last details Stripe shares with us, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Marketing attribution: if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store the click identifier and campaign parameters (such as Google's gclid and UTM tags) with your account so we can measure which campaigns work.
• Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage information collected by our hosting provider and the Google tag.

• To create your account, deliver courses, and track your progress.
• To run your free trial and subscription, and to send receipts and billing notices.
• To send learning reminders and important account emails.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our product.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in. We also use the Google tag and a first-party cookie to remember which ad or campaign brought you to us and to report trial sign-ups to Google Ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but we won't be able to attribute your visit.

We share information only with service providers that help us run AI Jetpacks:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Google (advertising measurement)
• Vercel and MongoDB (hosting and data storage)
• OpenAI (AI-powered features such as Teams course generation and interactive demos; only the text you submit to those features is sent)

If you join through your employer's Teams workspace, your workspace administrators can see your enrollment and progress. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing sales@aijetpacks.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

AI Jetpacks is built for working adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
